“Need to clean well”

“It was a wonderful stay.”

“Perfekt läge i Gamla stan. Personalen var mycket trevliga och hjälpsamma. Städpersonalen var snabba.”

“We only stayed one night, but we were very happy with the room.Nice clean room wit well-working AC. Small, but ok breakfast were you were allowed to order one meal specially prepared for you. Make sure to visit the simple Pho restaurant nearby which does not look like much, but had great Pho to a very good price. If you like exercise I woul also recommend to go to the nearby lake early on Saturdays and Sunday mornings were you can join in different activities.”

“The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. I appreciate that they had options for lighting including soft, warm light by the bedside not just one super harsh, bright, cool, overhead light that I've seen in so many hotels in Vietnam. Complimentary self-serve laundry in the basement was so convenient. The breakfast was pretty good. The staff were so attentive and helpful! We were having trouble making our plans to go to Ta Xua so they gave us a contract for that; we needed an item we couldn't...

“Great location, staff was super nice. Good breakfast. We had a room facing to the back. Quiet and good but you could hear one or two hoonks, but it didnt effect our sleep. Close to everything in old quarter”

“Best Hotel in hanoi!”

“Clean and well-maintained hotel with a great location, but beware that the street is busy weekend nights (fortunately the hotel has good soundproofing). The staff is beyond helpful, and the breakfast was the best we had during our trip through Vietnam (shoutout to Nora for helping us navigate the vegan options).”
