Here at the exquisite 4-bedroom home of Twisted T, the beginning of a one-of-a-kind vacation begins, located directly along the shores of the iconic Colorado River. All that’s left to do is to pack up the family and the sunscreen and prepare yourself for days of endless adventure.

The Space:
Boasting an expansive, private dock, you’ll not only have a space to park your boat but a literal launchpad to all the water-themed activities you can dream of. Enjoy refreshing swims in the sparkling waters or grab a kayak for your own personal tour of the river, returning home for an al fresco lunch up on the dock’s rooftop deck. It’s an ideal spot for evening cocktails while swapping stories of the day’s activities or simply soaking up the plentiful Texas sunshine on comfortable chaise lounge seating.

Shade seekers will find respite up on the home’s well-furnished deck, indulging in a fine dining experience at the outdoor table or gathering around for an evening of games at on the sofa and armchair seating. Lose yourself in the pages of a good book or sneak in an afternoon nap swaying in the hammocks on the spacious patio, the chef among you whipping up an authentic barbeque feast on the grill.

The home’s bright and airy interior is a case study of sophistication, its soaring vaulted ceilings enhancing the desirable open floorplan, with an abundant natural light streaming in from the large picture windows. Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and a shared ensuite bathroom between Bedroom #3 and the hallway off living room with a single vanity and glass walk-in shower.

Bedroom #4 includes a king size bed, queen size bed, twin size bed, 2 twin-over-twin bunk beds with a twin size trundle, and a smart TV.

The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom off Bedroom #4 with a dual vanity, soaking tub, and glass walk-in shower.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Stairs are required to access the home.
• This home is equipped with a covered dock with boat lift and two jet ski ramps for guest use. Boats under 24' and Maximum Weight of 5,000lbs - Ballasts on boat must be emptied before putting boat on lift. *Owners boat on 2nd boat lift is Not for guest use.
• 2 Kayaks, Lily Pad, Assortment of Outdoor Games, and assortment of Life Jackets available for Guest Use.
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Driveway parking available for 4 vehicles.

The large waterways of the Colorado River provide access to waterfront restaurants, plus you have direct access to the waters of Lake LBJ. Other notable locations nearby include Perissos Vineyards which is 10 minutes away with breathtaking views and personal wine tastings, and Legends Golf Course, less than 10 minutes away. If you want to venture further, the thriving city of Austin is about an hour away making for an easy day trip to explore a unique urban culture. Wine lovers can venture out to the Fredericksburg area which is about 50 minutes away to enjoy over 200 wineries.

What a beautiful house. Perfect location the Colorado river! Our group of 13 had thr best time. Everything we needed was available. Comnuniatipn was quick and easy! Would def book here again!
