“I liked the it was located by a pizza hut that was closed to kill the cockroaches and an animal cremation furnace. I did not like the horrible breakfast or the fact that in FOUR DAYS and repeated requests our room WAS NEVER CLEANED ! Trash emptied 1 time towels twice , NO wipe down , mopping ,vacuuming and NO CLEAN SHEETS ! Management acted like its no big deal "we clean on a rotating schedule " which i took to mean every other month , possibly quarterly . ALL I know is that I've NEVER...

The front desk employee was kind and welcoming. The lobby felt like an older motel undergoing renovations, but several oddly worded signs throughout the property immediately raised concerns. “Everything you need and so much better than a hotel room. The studio is so charming and well appointed. It’s a large comfortable space so you definitely don’t feel cramped. Communication with the property owners was top tier. They knew we’d be arriving late and made sure to leave lights on for us. It was easy to find and in a nice safe area. The bed was comfy, kitchenette has all the necessities, including coffee, tea, bottled water and even a variety of small treats for us as well as our dogs....

“Sullivan One Tudor has loads of charm. The house is nicely decorated. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. The back yard is fenced and we spent time gathered on the deck enjoying the fire pit. The location made walking to dinner, coffee, and the grocery store easy and enjoyable. There's parking for 2 to 3 cars. Natalie was quick to communicate before, during, and after our stay. I would stay here again.”

“This house is truly a retreat - they have everything you might need. Loved sitting outside and watching the deer. The description of the home is completely accurate. The hot tub was a nice treat. Sitting inside on the comfy chairs by the fire was relaxing. Great outdoor grill for cooking breakfast in the mornings. I would absolutely stayed again.”
