"Location was convenient, the beds were very comfortable as the hotel has been recently remodeled. Also, the staff was very kind and genuine. Will stay again on my way to Panama City Beech!"

"The room was dirty. The bathroom floors were not cleaned in awhile. The ceiling was dusty from the A/C vents. The shower floor was filthy. Parts of the shower were broken. In addition, the water glasses in the room had dirt inside. The elevator was not working during our stay so we had to use the ..."

"The property should have communicated how to get the keys after hours more accurately. The information provided in the app was 100% misleading and false. The only way to have received keyed would have been to call the after hours letter line."

"We had a hiccup in getting in during check in but Sandra was easy to communicate with and was able to fix our issue. The house was clean and so many things for the kids to play with. Well stocked with linens. The back yard was amazing."
