“A great location for our stay & great facilities. ”

“Big house with great sized rooms and plenty space for our 15 adults and 5 children. Hot tub was great. Living space/bar area very roomy and open. The owners were very flexible with the Sunday checkout times which was nice of them. The kitchen is a professional kitchen (for the weekday BnB purpose I guess) so not quite the social space that you're used to in a more traditional house. One of the bedrooms does have a particularly un-private toilet in it, which may trouble some people. But overall,...

“This was our 2nd stay in Carr House. It’s a great home with fantastic outside space. We love Kirkby Lonsdale and visit at least once a year. We have stayed in many properties all of which have been lovely in their own way. Carr House is our favourite though. “A lovely designed cottage in a beautiful location. We enjoyed our long weekend stay for our son’s Birthday. We went on a couple of walks whilst we were there and the family relaxed at the cottage with added bonus of a hot tub to relax after the walks. We must also give a big mention to michael whose communication was first class, helping us with anything we needed and even suggesting to do and local taxi services. Prior to the stat and during he was always there to assist with anything we asked.”
