“Amazing bungalow in a lovely quiet area. Beds were so comfy I didn’t want to get out ! There were toys for the children, a jigsaw for the grown ups, dog treats and poop bags if you had a dog. We had crisps and biscuits left out for our arrival. What a nice touch. The hot tub was amazing, we didn’t want to get out of that either ! The only downside was we weren’t there long enough to enjoy it all. ”

“Big house with great sized rooms and plenty space for our 15 adults and 5 children. Hot tub was great. Living space/bar area very roomy and open. The owners were very flexible with the Sunday checkout times which was nice of them. The kitchen is a professional kitchen (for the weekday BnB purpose I guess) so not quite the social space that you're used to in a more traditional house. “The Landlord (better Landlady) has been very friendly and extremly helpful! We were sure to find the way to that house very easy with google-navy. BUT the Landlady wrote us before starting a better way to reach "The Fold" without problems. With her help we really arrived without problems. “This was our 2nd stay in Carr House. It’s a great home with fantastic outside space. We love Kirkby Lonsdale and visit at least once a year. We have stayed in many properties all of which have been lovely in their own way. Carr House is our favourite though.
