“First of all we entered and everything was off and with the broken wall and the sofa, the refrigerator was broken, the food was ruined and the pool was dirty with hair, the grill didn't work either, we didn't repeat it”

“There was no place to put underwear and sock and pajamas in the other 3 bedrooms there was only a closet for hanging clothes, also 1 towel per person was hard ,and there was ants on the kitchen counter. Besides that it was great.”

“This home was exactly how it was pictured and our family enjoyed the space. Neighborhood was quiet the second week of December and we had the pool area practically to ourselves during the day. Parts of our family enjoyed the gym while others utilized the pool. It was a perfect fit for our family with teens. My only suggestion would be to bring your own deck of cards/games and it would have been nice to have a blanket in the living area. Kitchen could also use a large mixing bowl for pancakes...

“The house is well suited for a large group, with five bedrooms and five bathrooms we had plenty of space. The home was clean and marketed appropriately. We were given wrong WiFi information and a quick call remedied the problem with ease. My only concern was the poor quality of the linens. The towels and sheets were less than a mid-grade hotel. We bought a couple of wash cloths and pillow cases, but all in all a good rental. Would definitely stay again.”

“Jacuzzi did not work, pool table/air hockey table was completely broken. Other items like the dishwasher and toilet paper holders were broken. They did not respond to my concerns in an appropriate timeframe, never fixed the issues. I also suggest taking videos upon arrival and departure. Very disappointed.”

“We came to Kissimmee to take our 6 and 3 year olds to the beach and Disney World. But they both seemed to believe that “our vacation house” was the destination itself. They LOVED the small pool. It was the perfect size for our water-wary toddler to feel comfortable and confident. They chose the Harry Potter bedroom which truly did seem magical.It was clean, well cooled, comfortable and just an all around lovely place to be. Thank you for a wonderful stay!”

“Very clean and spacious place, great for a large family. Host was responsive and the location is great and centrally located. Neighborhood is very safe and quiet. Gated access was easy and gate attendants were very friendly.”
