"they renovated just the lobby but the stairwell stinks!!! and the breakfast is worse than prison food. not worth the money"

Best Western Plus Cambridge Hotel
"Unfortunately, we found bed bugs in our room shortly after midnight. Personally, I would not stay here again for that reason. The room was also in what I would describe as a rundown state. It just needs to be renovated after years of use."

"The room was really clean and the staff were so friendly, accommodating and helpful. The AC would shut off a couple of times but it was understandable to save energy when we weren’t in the room. We had to get to our convention early on Saturday and Sunday and we were able to get our breakfast delivered ..."
