“We liked the cabin; it was cozy and comfortable. The first 2 nights, we were the only ones in the property, so, it was truly an away-from-it-all vacation. Our pups loved it too and was super thrilled to see deer in the yard in the morning. The river was dried up (in November), but, the trees had turned colors, so, it was nice. This location is perfect if you want to visit Garner State Park and Lost Maples. ”

“I had a fine time, the location was good, the staff were friendly, the accommodation was clean and very well appointed. I would change two things in the listing. The wifi was intermittent and slow when it was present and though this is a "river retreat" there really isn't a river, looks like it's been dry for several years.”

“My family had a great trip in Concan near the Frio River for a one week stay in June! We range in ages from 4 to 84 years old. The house was amazing and perfect for our large family to spread out when needed but to also come together for dinners and games. We had plenty of beds (which were super comfortable), and the main living area had plenty of seating for all 16 of us with room to spare. “We had a great time at this house. We had three families with a total of 18 people stay and everyone slept comfortably and had plenty of space. Should have stayed four nights! The house is decorated beautifully and has all you need. The owners were super easy to communicate with. When we had a small problem with a fan outside, they had maintenance there to help within the hour! A con but thankfully we had no neighbors to deal with but the house next door is just on the other side of the pool. I...
