"We had a great time while staying at this hotel. Nice room with comfortable beds. The AC on the other hand could not cope with the high humidity which caused the floor to be all wet a lot of the time. Our clothes went damp because of this. I would have given this hotel a lower rating if it wasn't for the exceptional good service we received. I highly recommend this hotel."

"We were received by Sim who helped us with our bags and offered us a welcome drink. Miss Von was kind enough to give us two adjacent rooms early in the morning around 9:30. Many thanks to the management of the Center Andy Hotel"

"Bra hotel nära stranden och centrum men ändå lite utanför allt nattliv. Nära till longtail båtar och taxi. Trevlig personal men urdåligt wi-fi "

"I loved this Hotel and the staff were absolutely amazing! Would definitely recommend and visit again. Improvements: - I expected more out of the breakfast, it was ok but not more. - The “sunbed system”, people would lay their towels early in the morning on sun beds and not appear until 3 PM, so they reserved sundbeds and not using them for the whole day, ridiculous. We also got into an argument with other guests after they took or sundbeds (we were gone for approx 30 minutes because we checked out in the morning instead of 11). They were very aggressive and did not act as adults so we moved to another pool in the area. "

"Detta är min tredje vistelse på phi phi och detta hotell kan jag säga med säkerhet är det bästa på ön. Läget är jättebra - det ligger mellan gågatan och stranden men ändå i en lugn atmosfär. Det finns en fin pool med fantastisk utsikt och personalens service är toppen. Moderna rum med inbyggd AC och smart-TVs."

"Underbart hotell. Extremt bra pol område, härlig frukost, strand precis framför. Gratis Kayak för boende. Kommer bara bo här om jag åker tillbaka till Phi Phi. Älskade det. det är så fint samt känns som man bor i en djungel med dessa bungalows som är väldigt rena och känns lyxiga. Hotell personalen väldigt trevliga utom manager för pool området som sökte bråk konstant med min fru och mig för noll anledning. Vi försökte lämna handdukar och ta nya eftersom dom hade blivit smutsiga, men då fick man kalabalik på sig. Extremt oprofessionellt. Han hade keps på sig och passade inte in på detta hotell. Akta er för honom, han hänger vid polen."
