The beds were really comfortable and I loved that the toilet was in a separate room, and also the showerroom with both amazing shower and the possibility to take a bath.

The breakfast offerered big varietes and possibility to ger your omelette made as you prefer. Close to Namba...
âAbsolutely my best stay in Osaka ever. I have been to Osaka fice times and the staff, the rooms and the location was absolutely amazing. Large rooms compared to mlre business-like hotels in the area, the staff might be the best I ever met - warm, friendly, humble and so service minded. The short girl in a veil was absolutely the best. The night guy who was apologizing due to what he thought was lack of english knowledge were much better than he was aware of. When we had problems with our room...
âReal nasty moldy look on the ac unit in the roof, dust on the walls and on top of the bathroom mirror. Zero soundproofing on the corridor door. And old electrical sockets even in the bathroom with no earth. Time for them to renovate the 14th floor and get a cleaning crew that atleast looks up.
Everything else as you expect in Japan with great service etc. â

âA good and practical hotel. They had a very early check out however they had a super nebulous system to extend it which was also shown on the TV. You could also share the screen from the phone to the TV, which was great.
Sustainability might be a little worse as there was plenty of advertising paper in the room and a TV that was a bit too big for such a small room. However, we loved their humidifier that was in the room, which could shine in nice colors.â
