“The Property is in a very beautiful neighborhood very clean close to the freeway. secure and and respectful I really enjoyed it”

“Really enjoyed my stay in Manhattan Beach. Kyle was honestly one of the most hospitable hosts I’ve had always quick to respond and super helpful with anything I needed. The place had a cozy vibe, and being able to walk to the beach every morning for sunrise and wind down with the sunset made the whole trip feel special. When the heater had a little issue, Kyle didn’t hesitate he actually sent over space heaters via Amazon the same day, which I really appreciated. Parking was a bit tight and the...

“Beautiful home that was a very convenient walk to the stadium. Was able to get back from the venue in less than 30 minutes even with the mass exodus. The traffic over there wasn't too bad either, and the neighborhood is quiet and feels safe. Host was attentive and available and made check-in and check-out a breeze! The only thing to note is that the driveway behind the house is very tight and might be difficult to back into if you've got a larger car.”

“There was an odor that smelled of garbage throughout the place for the entire time we were there . Host offered no explanation for the smell and we were told to turn on the air conditioning. It seemed the place was unoccupied for a long time. Location was on a busy street. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean.Overall very disappointed. ”

“I had an excellent stay, no complaints”

“Todo divino”

“The house is wonderful, especially the pool and hot tub area. The beds are very comfy, and there is a lovely full-body massage chair. Be careful. It may lull you right to sleep. The house has a little wear and tear, and the location leaves a little to be desired. We did encounter unhoused people near the entry gate, but they didn't cause us any trouble. We never felt unsafe. There are a few good places to eat nearby (Con Huevos was tasty and walking distance), but if you want dinner/drinks/a...

“Great location with nice little balcony and beach views. Fun aesthetic choices. Comfortable bed, though could use some more pillows. Modern, clean bathroom and kitchen. Living area layout is a little odd—could be arranged differently to better maximize the relatively small space. Nitpicks aside, still a great value for anyone wanting to stay in Manhattan Beach. ”

“Very fun, colorful, joyful house. We had a great week here. House is fully stocked and felt luxurious. ”

“Thank you Pam and James for offering your home for a safe stay! It was so nice, clean and way better than any hotel rooms. Amazing experience. Just WOW!!! Highly recommend. We will definately be back when we are back in LA. I give it 10 stars out of 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“We Loved This & Will Visit Again!!”

“Place was clean and private. Listing does not really mention that it is an ADU. Parking was a bit hard to find.”

“Really peaceful area, and the host Maria was good with communication and answering any questions I had. The bed was fantastic — much better than any hotel bed I’ve been in. Has a TV, Keurig, microwave, and decent dresser/closet space. Great South Central location to explore LA.”

“Good area, close to beach, owner gave good instructions, listing was as described. We would stay again.”

“Property was just as described, however, It could have been cleaned better; stove looked like it was just wiped with a napkin, furniture was dusty, and the floors were filthy. I wasn't too keen on the idea that there was already a plumbing issue and if we caused any more issues, we would be liable for it.”
