Promenad till stranden och Village - med havsutsikt

Njut av La Jolla och San Diego-området från en härlig bostadsområde, bara fyra kvarter från den gyllene sanden på Windansea Beach. BRAND NEW, TOP-of-line, är kraftfull CENTRAL AIRCONDITIONING installeras AV JUNI 1,2016 (även om egentligen inte behövs eftersom så nära stranden att uppehålls åtnjuter den svala havet vindar)!
Residenset ligger på andra våningen i en duplex (övre och nedre). Alla apparater och designade möbler i denna sofistikerade samtida är nya. Det finns sova för sex - Det stora sovrummet har en kung säng, gästen sovrummet har två dubbelsängar och det finns också två enda sovvagn soffor i det stora vardagsrummet; alla madrasser på sängar är Plushtops. Granit bänkskivan Köket är fullt utrustat och har rostfria vitvaror, inklusive en gasspis. Matsalen har ett matbord för sex och motverka sittplatser i baren. Vardagsrummet kommer med en trä -burning spis. Gratis Direct TV och trådlöst internet komma med hyran. Residenset har en tvättmaskin och torktumlare (nya).
Reträtten har också ett stort och säkrade bakgård / uteplats med bord / stolar en dubbel schäslong och BBQ. Huset har också en privat utomhus reträtt framför med duk gardiner, utomhus matplats, och belysning.
Huset ligger i ett utmärkt läge för att njuta av bekvämligheter i La Jolla och San Diego-området. La Jolla är en trevlig stad för promenader. Det är bara fyra kvarter till stranden och La Jolla Village företag, restauranger, shopping och andra aktiviteter finns inom ½ mil av reträtt - centrum, museer, restauranger, butiker och företag. En härlig Market söndag Farmers är en källa av färskvaror och unika hantverk. Den Coggan Aquatic Center med olympisk storlek pool och sport komplex som erbjuder tennisbanor, spår, baseball fält och basketplaner ligger bara två kvarter öster om hemmet.
Som ett alternativ till promenader thru La Jolla, stannar huvudsakliga buss linje inom ett block av huset och erbjuder transport i hela La Jolla och söderut till Pacific Beach, Mission Bay och andra San Diego destinationer. Beach cyklar finns också tillgängliga för uthyrning. Reträtten har off-street garage för en bil samt på gatuparkering och offentliga mycket bara en kort kvarter bort.

We loved our stay at this gem in La Jolla. It is well appointed throughout with high quality beds and bed linens, every kitchen item you would possibly need, beach towels, and bathroom soaps. The location is very convenient to the beach and the main downtown area (short walk of 10-20 minutes. And the street is very quaint and quiet. There are also a few restaurants and coffee shops just around the corner. This is definitely a 5 star vacation rental. Highly recommend.

The unit was on the second floor and was very nice. Plenty of light, looked new with well equipped kitchen, great internet access, partial ocean view. Patio for use is on the ground floor in front of the unit. As we were there in December, we didn’t spend any time on the patio. Location was wonderful!! Within walking distance of beach, downtown La Jolla, supermarket, Pop-Up Bagels and church. Lisa, the property manager, was wonderful. Provided information and answered any questions quickly. Even checked in with us by email after we got settled. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely like to return in the future.

We have previously stayed at this unit. The house is exceptionally clean and well stocked. The beds, linens and towels are also extremely clean. The kitchen has everything we needed for a 5 day stay. The owner is always wonderful and available anytime we need. Highly recommended.

This property is everything other reviewers write. There were no surprises. It was in better condition in 2025 than our last visit, which was a long stay in 2018. It is clean and comfortable with the air conditioning an important component in the Fall. Walking with coffee down to the Windansea beach in the early morning is special. The Farmer’s Market, Promiscuous Fork and Cafe Vahik are an easy walk. Street parking or in the space in back was never difficult. After 2018, we kept waiting too long to book in subsequent years finding ourselves at inferior properties for four years. We were glad to be back.

Perfect La Jolla

This property was exceptionally clean and we appreciated the quiet neighborhood setting. Within walking distance of beach and town center. The kitchen is well provisioned with dishes and food prep items, and the full size major appliances worked great. We had plenty of towels! We really appreciated the option of opening the windows and using fans OR running AC. Absolutely no issues with Wifi. Would love to stay here again.

Perfect location: light, clean and comfortable

We’ve returned many times to this clean comfortable airy light retreat. It’s the perfect location for us, a short distance to anything we need. It’s a 5 minute walk to the hidden beaches between Windansea and Marine Street, and a little further walk to the Cove and beyond. The light pours in and the view across the housetops to the ocean is lovely. The kitchen is set up with much of what we need for cooking. It’s a nice place to hang out if we don’t feel like exploring. The unit is upstairs of another vacation rental, but the renters are usually quiet.

Great place to stay in LA Jolla!

The property was extremely clean. Lisa had everything labeled in the kitchen which made it easy to find whatever you wanted. There were plenty of towels (some other VBRO not so much). The bed in the front bedroom was very comfortable. We did not use the back bedroom. The TVs were great, we had Apple as well as Direct TV. When we had one problem with an outside umbrella, Lisa responded and had it fixed immediately. There were shops and places to eat close by. It was easy to get around the area. This was the best ABNB or VBRO I have stayed at. I highly recommend it.

Our first time using a VRBO. So happy with the decision. The place was immaculate. We had all the things needed, and more, for our visit—including an iron and a hair dryer. Appreciated the quiet street and on street parking in front of our unit. The only minor, very minor suggestion is to upgrade the number and quality of the towels. Will suggest this to any family or friends looking for a place in La Jolla. Thanks for making this a great experience!

Great location, great condo!

This condo is very nice - accurate to the pictures. It's roomy and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need, but you'll probably want to go to restaurants. The location is awesome! You can walk to the beach and the restaurants. It's a cute & quiet residential neighborhood. The property manager was very quick to respond to our questions.

Lovely rental!

Everything you need is at your fingertips with this upper level unit in the heart of La Jolla. We walked to the beach (only a few blocks, little steep on the return but not difficult!) and to town (approximately 1 mile each way, pretty flat) from the home. We were very comfortable there and Lisa was an amazing host. We hope to return again for longer next time!

Great location, clean and quiet

This was our first stay in the upper duplex, which has the same layout as the lower duplex unit, where we have stayed several times. We really like the convenient location, close to restaurants and stores, and nice beaches within walking distance. The unit is bright, clean, and a comfortable base for our visit to family in La Jolla. The kitchen is spacious enough for most cooking needs. We’ve also stayed at another of Lisa’s properties and found her to be a responsive host who made contact with us to ensure we had a comfortable stay.

Fabulous Duplex

The upstairs duplex is just lovely. You can see the Sea, watch the sunset and enjoy watching the birds. The house is thoughtfully filled with whatever you need. And it’s easy walking distance to two beaches, the shopping district and the Sunday farmers market. We loved our two week stay.

Fantastic place in La Jolla - great location and beautiful condo with all of the amenities. We loved the spaciousness of the place. Everything you could possibly need was available. There was a cute patio in the front where we loved to hang out. Also, parking was not a problem. Would definitely stay there again, the next time we are in San Diego!

The unit is in a perfect location to experience the beach, downtown La Jolla, and all of San Diego. The layout is wonderful and patio stunning. The unit is very spacious and the decor is very new. Would recommend to anyone !

Great location in La Jolla

My friend and I really enjoyed our stay! Only 4 blocks from the beach. The unit was clean and very well stocked with pot, pans, utensils, towels, etc. Lisa provided very detailed and easy to follow instructions. We have a problem with one of the toilets. The chain in one toilet became disconnected. Lisa asked us to reconnect it ourselves.

Perfect Location & Great communication

The house is located in a perfect location in La Jolla. You can walk to the ocean in 10mins. Great for morning walks & sunsets with some amazing views. There is CVS & Vons in 10 mins walking distance. Plenty of nice restaurants nearby (Try El Pescador for seafood!!) We have a 2 year old girl and she loved walking to the nearby parks. The house is on the 1st floor. You need to step up like 20 steps just to keep in mind. Lisa made our stay memorable by being very communicative and assisted us to make our stay wonderful. The house already comes with cleaning products for washing machine, dishwasher etc. The BBQ outside is easy to use and make your life easier when the weather allows. There was complimentary cleaning couple of times during our 2 month stay so we appreciated that as well. We would definitely recommend this place for friends & families.
