This perfectly charming 1 bedroom/1 bath condo style nautical unit is located in one of the most sought-after neighborhoods in San Diego- La Jolla! This centrally located beach condo is just a short (~2 block) stroll to Windansea beach, as well as many different restaurants and shops. Less than a mile from La Jolla Cove. AC in unit, coin laundry available, and free, ample street parking.



The Space:

Newly renovated unit with a nautical charm, this 1-bedroom 1-bath condo is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay in La Jolla.



Enter the unit into a spacious family room and enjoy natural light from the large windows The modern kitchen with brand new appliances is perfect for a home cooked meal when not taking advantage of one of the many wonderful local restaurants.



Retire for the night in a cozy bedroom with a large queen sized bed, flatscreen TV, and windows to let in the ocean breeze. The updated bathroom has everything you need to feel at home.



Step outside to the shared deck above to enjoy a drink while taking in a breathtaking San Diego sunset. Expansive views of the Pacific paired with comfortable seating, and a barbeque.



Our fast WIFI is great for staying connected or working remote while away from home. Stay comfortable year-round with an in unit Air Conditioner/Heater.



The unit’s convenient location allows you to live like a local during your stay with everything you need within walking distance. Take a two minute stroll down to peaceful Windansea Beach and see the sandy beaches and abundant marine life up close or check out all of the charming restaurants and shopping in nearby La Jolla Village.



Abundant free parking is available in the surrounding neighborhood. Nearby freeway access also allows for a quick drive over to one of San Diego’s many world renown attractions. Guest Access:

You will have the entire unit to yourself! Outdoor areas are shared, and there is plenty of free parking in the surrounding neighborhood! No dishwasher. Free shared laundry available onsite.



Deck is shared and above another unit. It's for perfect enjoying food and drink outside, sitting and laying out. Not for heavy walking, running around, workouts, etc. Deck hours: 9am-9pm only are enforced.



Other Things to Note:

House Rules:

1. No parties or events are allowed.

2. Excessive noise at any time of day is not permitted. Please keep noise to a minimum at all times, especially between 9 PM and 9 AM.

3. Deck hours are between 9AM and 9PM only. Enjoy it but no running around, workouts, etc. as there are units below the deck.

4. Maximum Occupancy: The number of guests should not exceed the maximum occupancy specified or preapproved by management.

5. Undisclosed pets or pets not preapproved by management are prohibited. Service and Emotional Support Animals allowed with proper documentation and must be leashed and under owner's control at all times outside of unit.

6. No smoking inside unit.



House Rules are Strictly Enforced!



Interaction with Guests:

Deck is shared and above another unit. It's perfect enjoying food and drink outside, sitting and laying out during the day 9am-9pm. Not for heavy walking, running around, workouts, etc. Quiet Hours 9pm-9am are enforced. Perfect for daytime fun but quiet at night.
