“The apartment is located a couple of blocks from downtown Long Beach. Typical traffic/noise you would get from any large older building. The unit itself is clean and has everything you need. The convention center was very close. The private parking space was a huge bonus.”

“Our stay at Susan & Ted’s was wonderful. They were so accommodating and communicative, and the house had everything we needed. So many nice touches like being able to check in early with our two small kids, snacks set out on arrival and nice amenities to use while there. The location was perfect for exploring around Belmont Shore. Just what we were hoping for in a vacation rental!”

“It’s a cool large space that three of us were comfortable in. The space works great for work out. We walked to all the restaurants while staying here, and all the other interests were close by also. The host is very friendly. We plan on staying here in the future when we’re back in LA.”

“My family of four, which included two alomst not teenagers anymore, really enjoyed our stay. We were out most of the time but when we did have down time it was quiet and relaxing. The neighborhood was friendly with people walking their dogs and families headed to school in the morning. It is very close to downtown and easy to get in and out of.”

“Excellent location, quiet neighborhood with easy access to great restaurants and bars. Cozy apartment good for 1 or 2 people. Parking is street but I’ve never had a problem finding a spot.(April) The owners Carol and Traian communicate well and are very helpful. I’ve stayed here multiple times and would recommend.”

“We enjoyed our stay. Our pets loved it, it was private, cozy, and was true to the advertisement. The only thing was the heater was too hot and would continue to heat past the setting. We had to turn it off and use the AC to cool the room down. The onsite manager was readily available and we met the owner, Ronald who was extremely kind and so nice to talk to. We would stay again! “Our stay were was fine. The king beds were comfy, the unit was comfortable and we had plenty of room for the 5 of us. The extra twins beds are not a full twin length and anyone taller than 64 inches wouldn't want to sleep on it. We didn't love the part of town it was in but never felt unsafe. This particular unit is right on the street and could be noisy at times. The unit has shades to help keep out the light at night but since it is right on the street we didn't open them during the day as we...

“Staff were friendly and helpful. The property was nice and very close to the Long Beach Convention center. Basically, it only took 4-5 minutes to walk there from the dock. Additionally, there are several restaurants and a few shops in the immediate vicinity. The primary concerns were the number of homeless people surrounding the area and the somewhat limited parking for overnight accommodations. Overall, it was a memorable experience. ”
