“The unit condition is old.”

“Calling this a 4-star hotel requires a wild stretch of imagination. The place is quite run down and room was dirty. Worst though is the noise level. The hotel is located at a heavily trafficked roads and there is zero noise insulation (rickety single pane glass...). Air-conditioning was also in some state of disrepair and ungodly noisy. Breakfast felt like a third rate school cafeteria.”

“Clean room, strategic location”

“1. Cockroaches in the toilet 2. Aircon not working 3. Random personel entered hotel room without permission early in the morning”

“Nice room. There's lucking coffee and zus coffee nearby”

“Bilik bersih. Kedai makan mamak dekat. Kedai depan hotel. Parking mudah. Kakitangan membantu.”

“As i checked in only 11pm, and check out checked out at 6am. I have no comments”

“The staff were excellent, every single one made the stay”

“Below average for me. No hotel parking provided; to be competed with the public, especially when the mall is just right beside the hotel. Hotel facilities not great: shower head clogged, bedside lamp spoilt. Lady Indian receptionist took her own sweet time to check-in and out guests. Overall, the area is less traveler-friendly.”

“Basic no-frills room for just a brief 1N stay. Pillow is too high, making sleep uncomfortable”

“Aircon leaked. They asked me to shutdown the supply and wait for 5 mins.. after 5 mins same issue. Went to front desk again and they came in, checked.. finally they changed me to another room. Went to 2nd room at 3 rd floor, the room key was not working. Went down and i told to them the issue.. they say impossible. Later they came up with me and saw the issue... they gave another key to go into the room... image the trouble that i went through. Room noisy from outside.. pub, eyc. As as...

“Nice place to stay. Will like to thank the hotel counter staff Mr Shah to assist on the hotel cabinet issue. Thanks.”
