“I am very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The air conditioning did not work at all, making the room unbearably hot and extremely uncomfortable to sleep in. On top of that, the room had a very strong smell of wood, which made the stay even more unpleasant. When we reported these issues to the staff, the only solution they offered was to open the window. This did not solve either the heat or the smell, and no further assistance or alternative room was provided. To make matters worse, I...

“I had BEDBUGS!!! Usless hotell. The service was bad and unflexible. Dirty and very unispiring. Restaurant is closed on sundays. Nowhere else to eat. No grocery store or nothing in the area. Very off. Only positive is that its close to the exibition center.. and airport. AVOID this place. ”

“No AC, dirty room, smell from the toilet and bad air in the room.”

“Helt ok”

“Staff was friendly, hotel is cheap but close to airport. shared bathroom in hallway and "No smoking" in rooms has not been observed. No towels in the room, available from reception for a few euros. Breakfast was simple but fully ok. close to parc de expositions but not easy to reach by foot, you have to go on a very mild excursion to reach the hotel by foot. Beds could really have more comfort. ”

“Only good thing about this place is that the Staff were very helpful ,”

“Very clean room. Kind people. Observation, some people in the reception just speaks french. Easy acces with RER train (within walking distance) but taxi is also good for travelling to Aiport or Paris City.”
