“Our stay at the Manzanita Cottage was so nice! When you first pull up, everything is perfectly hidden until you go through the front gate. I loved how everything was so tucked in by bushes/trees. You definitely get a perfect amount of privacy. We stayed in the green cottage and it was so so so gorgeous inside. We did a lot of walking as the beach/stores were so close. It was hard to leave and we definitely look forward to booking more trips here in the future!”

“Fine little cottage right on the PCH and comfortable walk to Victoria Beach! House had all essentials except for an iron and ironing board. Also, questionable whether or not the bed is actually a king-sized bed as stated on the listing. It was much smaller than anticipated and looked to be the size of a queen. Beside that, the stay was pleasant and met our needs. The communication with caretaker was quick, thorough and helpful. Would recommend this location for future stays. Thank you!”

“The place was inaccurately represented. Roof had a plastic tarp. Listing showed air conditioning there wasn’t any. Oven totally unusable. Terrible condition of property. We left 15 days early of a 30 day stay because of the condition. Returned two days later someone else was staying there even though we were still paying. Renter refused to refund us.”

“Excellent location. Robert was great at handling the couple of requests we had. Walk to beaches, restaurants, free trolley to downtown Laguna Beach. Cannot park on premises but never had a problem parking. This was fond of Lay to June 1. Parking may be different in summer months. Would recommend.”
