The surrounding homes are dilapidated, with yards full of trash, broken furniture, and miscellaneous items that make it look like a junk yard. “The property worked very well for me and my two teenage daughters and our small little dog. It’s in an extremely convenient location and it’s safe friendly neighborhood. I walked my dog a few times a day and neighbors are welcoming. It was nice to have a fenced in yard as well.
