The room was perfect it was nice ad quite in the even the hotell location on South beach.

Unsupportive front desk workers. Ignoring you and swapping to other guests mid conversation. Very surprising behavior.
Dirty rooms, hair on the walls in the shower. Forgot cleaning of the room for one day. Seams to be a normal thing no one even bother to care about when told of at reception.
Would look for another hotel for my next NYC trip.
