“The independent check in and out was nice. If you have questions, you text or call the hotel line. Family suite was clean, modern and it was nice to have a kitchenette in the room. The lobby was stocked with anything else that was needed, more towels, coffee, silverware, plates, etc. What lacked was extra blankets, the remote did not work and (there were no extra batteries) there was no map to show us where the pool was. “When I booked it with Expedia, it said restaurant on site and pool with hot tub and pool. The restaurant was non existent. There were advertisements in the elevators for it. When my husband went to use the hot tub for his back, which is why I booked this hotel, it is all torn apart. The pool area is a MESS!!!!! If you are going to stay here this summer, I would NIOT!”
