“I wish I had a dollar for every time my wife said, “It’s so cute!” The setting was relaxing, bed was comfortable, shower was very nice, and the host was most friendly and accommodating. To be fair to any potential renter, we did not spend much time in the tiny house as we had other obligations. Understand, the word tiny means tiny. But this house was very clean and well decorated. Comfortable.”

“This was perfect for our little road trip. It's right next to shops and restaurants, is clean, quiet, and nicely decorated. I really enjoyed it. It is up metal stairs which we didn't have any problem with, but anyone less active than my 78 year old mom might have a little difficulty. Would definitely stay here again.”

“We really enjoyed this property. It was very clean, the neighborhood was quiet, it was a perfect spot for us to land for a couple of days. The washer dryer was a nice bonus. I was having trouble communicating with the host, but it may have been my issue it was the first time with the vrbo app. I'm not very techy. I was a little disappointed that there was only enough coffee for two cups (one a piece) for one morning. Overall Great Stay!”

“This was an emergency booking, made the night we needed lodging. The host was amazing and so thorough as she took extra steps to get us checked in quickly after a long day of travel and mishaps. The location is convenient to the downtown area with several great little eating/coffee spots nearby. The beds were comfortable, the home was neat and tidy and clean. We were so pleased with our stay.”

“I stayed here with my son for his football camp which is located in Davenport, Fl. The entire process from the booking all the way to checking out was great. “We stayed for a week over Christmas. Property was just as advertised and accurate photos. It is larger than it appears in the photos. The only issue we had, which was not the property managers fault, was the elevator was out for 2 days . If you have feet or knee issues you are walking up 4 flights , we understand this happens occasionally in this building. Other than that it was a great stay!”

“Very clean property that is represented properly in VRBO. Everything is immaculately clean. Nice new tiled shower and kitchen area. The rain style shower head is a plus. The bed is very soft! If you prefer a very soft bed Unit 4A is the right choice. The owner (Edgar) is very responsive. Unfortunately the hot water heater was not working properly. “House was beautiful and everything needed for a good stay. Property was very nice and surprisingly quiet. Be advised though that traffic getting to and from Orlando is absolutely terrible. An hour to an hour and a half just for a 19 mile drive and it didn't seem to matter the time of day. I realize owners have no control over that. Communication was a little sketchy but overall a great home and good stay.”
