âBear Mountain is a great resort to stay at. Staff are friendly. The rooms are nice.
Just wish there was shopping in the area. Had to drive 30 minutes to downtown where everything is at. Shopping, bar and great food areas. â
âWe stayed for a long weekend. It was great to be right on the wharf! The food around us was great! Room was clean and easy to access. There was breakfast included at a local cafe which was scrumptious.â

âGreat stay here. Brilliant apartment with small balcony. No on site restaurant but there is a 7am-8pm cafe. The breakfast was gorgeous! Pool is great. Walkable within ten mins to the main harbour area. â

âThis is a fun and funky place to stay. This is my second visit and no complaints. It is easy to get downtown via bus if not driving. Internet worked well, everything seemed clean, and the staff are friendly. Didnât use the pool, but looked like fun. The only thing I could not figure out was how to work the TV, but I have this problem at every hotel/motel I go to.â
âStaff was great. Everyone that greeted us or we came in contact with was friendly. From the front desk to the dining area. Our experience was incredible and we will definitely be back. We did not have time to try out the spa. Look forward to doing that and taking advantage of the beach front to paddle board. We stayed here as part of our wedding anniversary.â
âThe property was clean and the gardens were lovely. There is an indoor pool and hot tub. The room was spacious with plenty of storage and two closets. The hotel is one block from the harbor, Government building, museum and other attractions. My favorite breakfast spot, 'Floyd's' is now located right at the hotel!â
