“Very nice and the staff were exceptional. Our room was extremely dusty especially the blinds to the balcony. A bathroom light was flickering and the shower head leaked. Great place just not quiet 5 stars. ”

“It was fine, but lacked typical Hilton service. Pros: New, very clean Nice pool area Cons: Difficult to access New parking fee that they tried to charge even though we booked before it was in place Breakfast was really bad. While it was normal Hilton fare, it was not well executed. Also missing bananas and English muffins.”

“We arrived at Embassy suites hotel in Las Colinas, Dallas, Texas on March 7, 2026. it is a fairly new hotel. Everything was going good at the receptionist desk. We went into the room. The room was clean. I was pleasantly surprised. But then after settling in, the TV in the living room was not working had to wait for maintenance to bring another remote. It wasn’t just the batteries. They had to get a whole different remote control..went down to the pool to swim very cloudy water needed chlorine....

“Close to airport. Hotel felt outdated (both rooms and hotel facilities). Breakfast was ok but could use some more healthy alternatives. A lot of parking and WiFi worked well. ”

“The hotel was nice but the staff was confused. A guy checked us in went to the room key didnt work had to go back he gave me another key. The next day staff wants to argue that I was suppose to be checked out I'm telling them I book for 2 nights showing them the confimation and everything come to find out we were put in the wrong room under someone else name but she tells us they will fix it and we could just stay in the room we were already in. Leave to go get food come back our key not working...

“Hotel isn’t what the pictures trick you into. Hotel room floors and bottom of shower were very dirty. 4 other families we know that stayed this weekend also said their rooms weren’t cleaned well. Surrounding guest were also awful, smoking weed and partying all night with loud music 2 nights in a row we had to call the cops. ”

“Facilities were poor. The cleaning staff did not resupply our room with paper supplies. ”

“Staff not friendly and very uncommunicative to one another. As a resident, always get receipts and keep copies. They tell you one thing just to get you out their face and do another over the phone. They’re too busy to work properly and the place is run down with a lot of unidentifiable odors. ”
