“I’ll start by saying the hotel is old. Despite that they’ve maintained it pretty well. This isn’t a luxury resort but if it tells you anything we booked another trip to return here in a few months on our way home. The staff is amazing and they were quick to address a maintenance issue in our room. “This resort had such a helpful, polite, attentive, and friendly staff! It was really one of the best places I have stayed in PV. The restaurants had a good variety of food, which was all very delicious. I liked that we could order off menu every day, as opposed to only buffet options, like some resorts. The rooms were great with pool and ocean views, and a nice big balcony. Great sunsets, and great location.”

“We have stayed at this hotel many times over the past 15 years. We have always enjoyed our stay. There are several amazing staff members - yet over the years, we have seen that the overall experience is inconsistent and dependent upon who you are interacting with. The Studio Suite which costs more than a standard room was not equipped as pictured. We needed to request a dresser to store our clothing. There was a coffee maker but no coffee provided. And hot water for the shower was scarce....
