From the moment you book, our team helps you customize your stay so you can relax and enjoy your vacation. As a fully staffed villa in Las Terrenas, the following services are included in the rental rate:

Local concierge service for restaurant reservations, excursions and in-villa experiences.

Daily cleaning to keep the villa spotless throughout your stay.

Grocery shopping service – send us your list and arrive to a fully stocked kitchen.

Cooking service for breakfast and lunch, with refreshing drinks and cocktails prepared and served. (Groceries and beverages are provided by guests.)

3 comfortable bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, sleeping up to 7 guests.

A cozy living and dining area that opens towards the terrace to enjoy the sea breeze.

High-speed Wi-Fi and TV for relaxing evenings at home.

Perfect for Families and Small Groups

Casa Valentine’s layout and pool design make it an excellent choice for families and small groups who want a tranquil, scenic base near the beaches of Las Terrenas while still enjoying the privacy of a stand-alone villa with staff.

Important Information

Electricity and gas are not included. A US$100 deductible deposit is collected at check-in; the balance is returned at check-out after reading the meters.

Extra guest fee: US$20 per night for each guest above 4 guests (maximum 7 guests in total).

Check-in: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is available when possible for a US$40 fee.

Late arrival: after 7:00 PM, self check-in only.

Enhanced cleaning and hygiene procedures have been implemented to keep the villa safe and spotless.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa, private swimming pool and gardens, supported by our daily staff: concierge, housemaid, gardener and house attendant. Your only job is to relax and enjoy your stay at Casa Valentine.

Hidden Gem!!

What a gem of a property! Everything from the booking process, communication with the host and the actual house itself was amazing. We’ve already told our friends and family this is the BEST place to stay. I’m selfishly hoping it stays hidden

A beautiful view and pool.

This is a lovely property beautifully situated over looking the ocean. The process was really fantastic with lovely services provided by Carlos, The view from the terrace are really wonderful and the pool is good. Best things are Carlos and our cook, who came every day to make a lovely breakfast. I would only say as a small point that there are several steep drops making the place less suitable for small children.

Great Location & Hosts

The location of the house is probably about the best you can get in Las Terrenas. It sits on top of a hill toward the end of Las Ballenas beach in a quiet, guarded, and upscale neighborhood with around 6 to 8 houses. Although humidity is high as it is in most of the DR, there were surprisingly little mosquitos. Make no mistake there are some, but it's really not bad. We live in the Miami area and I would say it is worse here. House itself was impeccably clean and the hosts where always attentive and helpful. Would stay here again without hesitation.

A great place

We are a regular VRBO travelers and would rate Casa Valentine place as one of the nicest, best located, and real value of all the places we have stayed. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks even better than it does on the pictures. It’s literally a 4 minute walk to the beach, plus you get the view from the house. No test were required to enter DR and Carlos, the property manager, arranged for us the test for coming back. Super easy! Would absolutely recommend to stay there!
