BEST RATE GUARANTEE. This private spacious three or four bed condo with 1,500 sf is located right behind MGM Grand Casino and seven minutes walk to the Strip. This condo features a full kitchen, primary bathroom with tub, second bathroom with shower, living room, dining room, washer and dryer and free WiFi.

You have an option to access the fourth queen size bed in the third locked bedroom with additional $20 extra bedroom fee or extra guest fee over four guests per guest, per night.

Located right behind MGM Grand Casino. You will be close to the Strip, Hakkasan night club, and Top Golf. The accommodation location is close to UNLV and the airport and one of the best locations near the Strip. This is our Best Value listing and the room rates are comparable to the room standards and location and not comparable to the hotels on the Strip. We do have hotel listings with higher standards for a higher budget. You may search about the accommodation location prior to booking.
