Wonderful relaxing stay
This was an outstanding property and an amazing spot. It’s super quiet, a fabulous apartment with everything including a shower seat. Pools are lovely and accessible. And it’s only 30 mins to the strip. Also very close to lake mead and hoover dam. We had a brilliant trip.

Wonderful and Serene!
This was a great experience overall. The location couldn't be beat! Close enough to the strip, Hoover Dam, and Red Rock Canyon, yet feels like a lux property with all the amenities you could possibly need. You can't beat the the two bedrooms and two bathrooms at this price with a hotel. The hosts were amazing! We were able to check in late at night with no problems and they provided lots of information about Lake Las Vegas restaurants and stores. The pool and hot tub were warm enough for us to swim in the cool temps of early spring.Super cute nail salon and boutiques! We will definitely be staying here again on our next visit.

Excellent rental! Great location!!
We had an amazing stay in Henderson. The rental was clean, up to date and beautiful. Great location and easy to get to the Vegas strip or do a little sightseeing. The owner was top notch with communication. Would definitely stay here again!

The condo was described as pictures. We enjoyed my mother's 84th birthday. Communication with Cristiana was excellent. If you're ever in Lake Las Vegas this condo is perfect.

Excellent Stay!
This is the second time we have rented one of Cris and Mariana's properties at Lake Las Vegas. Both times have been wonderful. This condo worked great for us while we were waiting to move into our new house. The condo is very clean and tastefully decorated. Things are in good shape and kept up. The balcony overlooks the pool area which was very nice. I love the communication that Cris and Mariana provide. The check in process was clear and any question I had, they had already answered with their comprehensive instructions. Thank you! We live in Henderson and love staying out at Lake Las Vegas to unwind and have fun. This condo is directly linked to the village so you are within walking distance of restaurants, the village grocery and water sports. You cannot go wrong with this condo!

Nice family place to stay to explore the Vegas area
We are a family of 5 with 3 teenagers traveling through Vegas over the holidays. We really enjoyed our stay at Lake Las Vegas which is away from the strip and close to Lake Mead Recreation area. The property was as listed, clean and well maintained. The two bedrooms worked well for our family and we found the pull out couch to be comfortable. The heated swimming pool and hot tub was a nice surprise which we used nightly. The Lake Las Vegas village, which is outside the door, is a little sleepy with many vacant retail spots but had a small grocery which was convenient and a few restaurants which seemed to cater to an older crowd. Overall, we would recommend for a family that is interested in exploring the broader Vegas area. We visited Hoover Dam, Eldorado gold mine, Hiked Valley of Fire, and Red Rocks Canyon as well as took the kids for a stroll through the Strip with a show. Other than using the pool/hot tub at night, we did not spend any time on the local lake activities due to the time of year.

Great condo with a view!
Really enjoyed the condo and the resort. Used the pool and deck every day. Nice view of pool area and mountain from the patio. Had everything we needed for 3 people. Good location for us as we wanted to be away from the Strip. We used the on-site store and a couple of restaurants. Sad to see some of the shops vacant. Owners communicated well with us and ensured we had everything we required.

Fabulous Vacation
Look no further if you want a fabulous place to stay. Easy to visit family, Hoover Dam and the Strip. Loved walking to the Village too for dinner. Spent mornings on the balcony enjoying the great view. Thank you, Mariana and Cris!

The condo was exactly as described and a quiet place outside of Vegas to relax after a long day at the ballpark. The complex and grounds were well maintained. Using the amenities were nice as never crowded. The grocery store and restaurants onsite were reasonable. Our family will definitely rent again if in the area.

Great Location
Nice condo in a fun area--great base for Las Vegas strip, Hover Dam, and Mead recreation area. We enjoyed several of the Restaurants in the little village area and rented a small boat to explore the lake. The Condo was very clean and the balcony had a relaxing view of the pool and village area.

Prefect! Loved the European Village Feel
Very lovely place. Great view and cean. Well supplied with silverware, dishes, towels, pillows king bed was comfortable. Good restaurants in short walking distance. Beautiful lake and trails too. Contacted owner who responded quickly. Very pleasant and quiet area from the strip but not to far. Would highly recommend to stay here!

Spacious condo. Great location.
Condo was clean (a real plus) and conveniently located near the market, the restaurants and activities. We enjoyed the peacefulness of the community, and the water sport activities. Our condo overlooked the pool, but it was closed for service. We were given a pass to the Luna Pool on the other side of the lake. It was a long walk, but worked out okay. We would return to this condo in the future.

Green Oasis
From the moment we turned into the Montelago Village, we were pleasantly surprised. Relaxing, quiet and inviting are just a few words that come to mind. The pools were close by and were never overcrowded. We shopped at the grocery store in the complex and enjoyed a fresh cup of coffee from their deli. One evening we went to the Hilton next door and listened to live music by the lake. We will definitely return and stay there again!

The property was exactly like the pictures. My family had a great time.
The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. It was walking distance to the market and restaurants. The pool was also perfect. The hosts provided detailed information in a timely manner and responded to emailed questions within minutes. We can’t wait to visit LLV again. Thank you Cris & Mariana !!

Lovely, quiet oasis outside of Vegas
Very nice property, with excellent location between Las Vegas and Lake Mead/Hoover Dam. Love the balcony and view of the pool. Very clean and nicely stocked with towels, dishes, pots, etc. (Although we wish there had been a cork screw!) Nice quiet spot with small grocery store, restaurants, gelato place, and bars nearby. Grounds are very nice - only other wish is that recycling was offered by property.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location was just far enough away from the chaos of Vegas but close enough to hit the strip for those that want to.. It was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. Will definitely be back again hopefully soon!

Peaceful, beautiful spot overlooking the pools and the mountains across the lake.
The condo was beautifully furnished, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. We could walk around the lake, enjoy the small restaurants, and get food at the little grocery. The owners were very quick to respond to us. We will definitely come back.

We have stayed at several units at this complex. This unit is SO clean, QUIET, comfortable and great view of the pool. We would stay here again without hesitation. The owners are awesome to work with and very prompt on getting back to you. If this unit is available for your dates ... book it! You won’t be disappointed!! Vegas Golf Trip
We had a great time staying here! I brought my family out for a golf event and it was one of the best places we have stayed. It was very quiet and clean and had a great pool area for the kids and family. Also access to a great golf course reflection bay!. Half hour away from hoover damn and the strip. Highly Recommended.

Fantastic condo!
The owners are fabulous and quick to respond with any questions. It’s a beautiful, clean condo with a great view and a convenient parking garage.We made some fabulous family memories here and enjoyed being away from the strip, but conveniently close enough. The supermarket next door, Seasons had the best fresh squeezed orange juice and wine selection. Our son also loved the ice skating rink! We will definitely be back to enjoy the water activities. Thanks again!

Christmas stay
The area was ok, the pool wasn't working but were able to ask & the other village was allowing guess to use their pool. There were no fans in the suite which was way hard with the dry desert air & the smog to get good air quality. The owners were very understanding when we checked in early without notice & then left a day early. Great air to still enjoy Vegas but not be on the strip.
