Perfect House for a Bachelorette Getaway!
I rented this property with 5 of my girlfriends to celebrate my bachelorette party. I was looking for a house with a pool and hot tub in a neighborhood that was not only safe and quiet, but close to the places we wanted to go. This area is equidistant from the Strip and Downtown Las Vegas. This property went above and beyond what I was looking for and we were all happy with the stay. I especially loved that each person had at least a double bed to themselves with plenty of space to spread out and mingle. The appliances and amenities were all great. The outdoors peace is also lovely. We had enough space to have a yoga instructor come to the house and give a private class to 8 of us outside. Would love to stay here again! Terry was also very easy to get a hold of and check-in/check-out was super easy. Highly recommend!

Great neighborhood, nice house. Hot tub took 3+hours to warm up and had to have a schedule with host to use, as permission or to turn it on required their remote access. Other than that very nice. Host responded promptly to these questions.

Quiet, Clean & Great Location
The house was great!! Plenty of room and very clean. Sometimes its just better to stay off the strip and hotels and this house is in a fantastic location close to it all. Terry was a great host and always quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again when we are in Vegas.

Family Reunion
My cousin lives in a large home in The Cliffs. She had wanted to have a family reunion and the Pandemic hit. Finally, we all got together. My Mom and myself, my son and my sister’s family stayed at this very clean great home in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. We had an incredible time. There were 42 family members that attended!

Comfy Oasis
My friends & I stayed here for two nights and it was perfect! Lots of space, everything was clean & the home was beautifully decorated. We loved the pool and each room had the most comfortable beds! Check-in process was very easy & Terry allowed us a late check-out as some of us had late flights. Overall, 5/5 for everything! Would book again :)

Wonderful home!
My two daughters and I bought tickets to see Kelly Clarkson at Planet Hollywood. We booked this house and we are so glad we did! It was beautiful and spacious and had everything we needed! I would definitely book this home again!

Quiet neighbourhood and great location!
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood and situated close to the strip and a quick drive to Fremont and the premium outlet. The interior modern and spacious, great for large families and groups. The property manager is very responsive. I just wished we receive the check-in details a little earlier. Other than that, there were nk other issues.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. We were comfortable in every way possible. The location is close to the strip, yet quiet and close to stores and restaurants. Our only concern was the lack of lighting in the backyard for swimming and enjoying being outside in the evenings. We would love to stay in this home the next time we have a family trip to Vegas. Great Property
We had an amazing time in Las Vegas! It was great to stay at a Vrbo that was clean and comfortable . It was great to relax in the spa. It would have been nice if the pool was heated, but not a big deal for us. Terry does a great job, and is very responsive to any needs we had. I would strongly recommend this property to anyone.

Great Place
This house was perfect for our long weekend getaway. It was close to the strip but provided a quiet place where we could just relax and hang out. Lots of space, comfy beds, a great back yard. I would highly recommend. The property manager was very responsive.

We have stayed at many vrbos and this property was in the poorest condition of any. It wasn’t terrible but didn’t live up to our expectations. One of our main issues was the Hot Tub. We were there 7 days and it was only hot one day. The property manager tried to remedy the issue but the hot tub was never hot. Very frustrating after all the walking we did in the mountains and on the strip. I would not recommend this property.

Soccer Tourney
In town for a soccer tournament. House was perfect. Spacious, open, upgraded, very nice. Spa was worthless, on an automatic timer turns off at 9pm and only get 30 degrees above ambient temperature (it was like 50 degrees when we were there). Other than that the place was perfect for us.

Perfect location for anything in Vegas! Great, quiet neighborhood. The house was actually a lot bigger than we though which was perfect for our group of 6. Easy to get groceries delivered, Uber to the strip or walk to near stores. Definitely recommend staying here if you have a group of people.

Located just a few miles off the strip, this home had everything you could want for a trip to Las Vegas including a large backyard, pool and spa. Family Gathering
The house was clean, extra towels, laundry and dish detergent, awesome shower in master and hall. The neighborhood was quiet with wide streets for walking. We enjoyed the pool and partly shaded by a fruits tree. I only gave 4 stars since home had fry pans that desperately needed replacing, and no drinking cups, mixing bowls. Not a huge deal. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Thank you Terry!

Great house. Very easy to check in and get to. Terry was very helpful. Nice quiet, safe neighborhood. Easy to get Uber transportation, and lots of options for food delivery and grocery delivery to this address. The house was bright and clean, and the hot tub was nice. Would highly recommend staying here. Close to the strip and easy ride to Freemont Street.

Great decor
The Aesthetics of the place was amazing all the renovations to the bathrooms were great however two of the beds were broken, and when I got in contact with the owner he wanted to send a handy man to the house while we were all out and had our personal items out. When I asked if they could wait till one of us got back to the home I received a reply that the beds would not be fixed during my stay. And on top of that the owner expected me to send a copy of my license to him because none of the other VRBO homes I’ve used didn’t leave any reviews on me…. How is that my problem Place was well decorated but I wouldn’t stay again

Hello Ivena, thanks for your review. Just to clarify, I am a female. In regards to the beds, I text you that the handyman was available during a certain time period and you stated you would not be at the home during that time and that no one would be permitted to enter to fix the beds. I explained to you that the beds would not be able to be fixed then because that was the only time the handyman had available. You replied “ok no problem.” In regards to the license, I ask everyone for a copy of their ID as part of the check in process. It is the same process you would have during a check in at a hotel. Second time as great as the first!
Last time we stayed in January and loved the hot tub, this time in August appreciated the pool. The house is large and spacious in a quiet safe neighborhood. Host is very quick to respond to questions. We will definitely continue staying here!

AWESOME experience!
This property was perfect for us! Three women for a work trip. The home was in a quiet and safe neighborhood, the home was clean and spacious and the extra bonus was soaking in the hot tub each evening! It was a short uber/lyft ride anywhere we needed to go and the property owner was very responsive with any issues! We will stay here again!

Few problems
The heat ( except in bedroom)and oven were not working I decided to deal w/ it because my stay was short and I assumed to get someone out would take forever Third day host got in touch asking how things were. In 30 minutes a repairman was in the house and fixed things in 30 minutes. Great! I wanted a late checkout (1 hr. )No flexibility for that. And the day after it wasn’t rented unless I wanted to stay on.

Heat in the Pool
I would have liked to be notified prior to the trip that there was a cost to heat the pool. We selected this property because of the number of people in our group and because of the pool. We were very disappointed that the water was freezing and did not use it.

Hi Brenda, there is no pool heat available as an option at this property. The spa is complimentary and gets up to 102 degrees. I wish you would have told me your concern when I reached out to see how your stay was. Best, Terry

Great Place!!
Perfect place for 3 couples to have a Vegas getaway. Patio was a pleasure to sit out on and have snacks and a glass of wine (or two!) The house is comfortable, clean and easy to get to.
