Lake Las Vegas Vacation getaway. Tjugo minuter från Las Vegas Strip. Njut av sjöens tillgång till kajakpaddling, paddling ombord, båtliv. Säsongens mataffär ligger 5 minuters promenad från denna vackra lägenhet. Restauranger, vinbar och glass för dina smaklökar. Lake Las Vegas är ett Master Planned Resort community som ligger några minuter från Las Vegas strip med en 320 tunnland sjö med över 20 mil strandlinje. Två golfbanor; en privat Jack Nicklaus-kurs som ligger på South Shore är för medlemmar och 18-håls golfbanan Reflection Bay om den ligger på North Shore och är också en Jack Nicklaus-designad kurs.

Förutom shopping på Lake Las Vegas, ligger District i närliggande Green Valley en 10 minuters bilresa från sjön liksom Galleria Mall. Självklart är spel tillgängliga på Fiesta, Sunset Station och Green Valley Ranch Casino. Alla tre kasinon ligger inom 14 minuter från sjön. Biografer med lyxiga sittplatser finns på Sunset Station.

För naturälskare och vandring hittar du flera Rails to Trails vandringar i närheten. Spektakulär utsikt över Lake Mead på den historiska järnvägsspåren tar dig genom flera tunnlar längs Lake Mead hela vägen till Hoover Dam. De spektakulära Red Rocks är 35 minuter bort och erbjuder över 21 vandringsleder i Red Rock Canyon National Conservatory. Vattenfall, unikt växtliv och ökenkryssningar ger intressanta och vackra platser längs stigarna.

För skidåkaren och snowboardåkaren ligger Las Vegas Ski and Snowboard Resort vid Mount Charleston och timme från Lake Las Vegas.

Condo with balcony and view
Very nice condo: bed, refrigerator, balcony, bathrooms all 5*. Paper products 3* quality Keurig coffee machine dirty on arrival. I cleaned. Raymond always helpful and pleasant. Laundry room in basement and sometimes didn’t work well. Would rent again! Thanks Raymond!

Great location!
Super great location. Quiet but many restaurants and shops right next store. Had a little grocery store as well. The communication from the owner was great! I had everything I needed to check in and he answered any questions promptly. No problems getting in or around. The condo is as pictured and very clean. Nice towels and a good stocked kitchen. Overall had a great time and may come back to this area.

Perfect Place to Stay
When booking this apartment, I didn't realize how many little shops and restaurants were on the grounds. Even a little grocery store. The little Italian bakery was so good. The pastries were amazing.. we booked because the amazing views from the balcony, but loved the pool and beach areas too! The apartment was clean, and the place was so quiet. There was even a wedding taking place in the fountain/gazebo area, that was fun to watch. You won't regret booking this location away from Busy downtown Las Vegas

Great location - suite wasnt the best
Lake Las Vegas and the Viera are amazing. Very quiet during the week and just enough night life on the weekends (during the summer months). The pools are nice and there feels like sufficient security (everything is coded) that you feel safe. This is our second rental at the Viera and I would chose this location again. The first time we rented,the suite was amazing - a few things we would change but for a rental it was wonderful. Our most recent stay in suite 344 wasn't quite as nice. The beds are horrible- very hard, you can feel the springs. The pillows are ancient and not comfortable at all. Even my teen girls complained about their bed and how hard it was. They said headboard would bang against the wall when they shifted in bed, as well. The head board was hung on the wall so no way to fix it. The dishwasher is on its last leg and the garbage sacks they gave us to sack up garbage are so thin they completely fall apart- they arent even real garbage sacks. Also, in both suites I noticed there are no can lights in the ceiling- just very dim bed stand lights. During the day its fine but at night its impossible to see anything in your room without a flashlight. Overall its a great family location and a vreat option for staying in las vegas off the strip.

Average condo in a great location
We have stay in this complex before and I highly recommend this area. There and many shops and restaurants located here and the pool is great. The condo was very clean and quiet. The kitchen wasn't well stocked. There weren't any plastic glasses to take to the pool. There wasn't even coffee or tea provided. I found the check in process difficult. I requested my check in information 2 days before and was told that I wouldn't get it until the day I arrive and the condo was clean. I have never had this happen before. It makes me a little uncomfortable to fly someplace and hope that someone contacts me about my rental. I was also asked to text a photo ID# which I have never been asked before and felt uncomfortable with this too. All of it worked out fine but it was the most difficult process that I have had yet.

Great location to enjoy Las Vegas without the strip
Enjoyed all the walking trails around the property and also the amenities Lake Las Vegas Community has to offer. Enjoyed the Saturday night 3 member band in the mail square.

My granddaughter opened every cupboard to check out everything. She found the blender and was very excited to have a smoothie. She suggested smoothies while sitting in the hot tub. There was only one plastic glass, so that didn't happen. There were sheets for the pull-out sofa but not blankets. The thermostat appears to not work. My husband was cold every night. At check out, we packed and were ready to leave. The girls wanted to walk around the village one more time. We arrived back at our condo at 10:20 (check out is 11.) We were already locked out of the place. The desk person called Ray twice for us (he's not allowed to give out the number); it went to voice mail. I finally remembered I had Robyn's number. We got her husband who eventually got us a code to collect our belongings. Ray called back at 12:30 pm. Not a great final impression. Lake Las Vegas is very relaxing. The pool area is good. One pool is not heated. It was too cold for us. We used the hot tub a lot. It did storm one day so we spent it at NY NY so the children could play arcade games. Vegas is only 20-30 minutes away. The grocery store in the village is well stocked and the prices were pretty average. A significant number of the shops were closed, with many empty storefronts. It definitely needs better marketing. Overall, it was a good weekend getaway.
