“Clean and spacious”

“Great location. Even better communication”

“The property was conveniently located and easy to find. It served its purpose which was to be a dog friendly place to stay for the weekend. Luckily I was not planning to host anyone or even be at the property much myself. Upon arrival, I was informed that the shower did not work in the primary bath. I don't like baths, definitely not in vacation homes anyway so very inconvenient to have to use the hall bathroom for a shower. It should have been repaired before my arrival. The furniture...

“Definitely good place to stay .”

“The host was good with timely responses. However, no one other than those that were on the list could be in the VRBO. When we book these places and go out of town for a visit, it is our intent to have people over to play cards, share a meal or even utilize the amenities that the VRBO has advertised (i.e. pool table). We also thought this would be a very nice place; unfortunately, there were slats missing and/or broken on most of the blinds which compromised privacy, not enough chairs, stained...

“Upon entry to the property I was surprised as it appeared quite quaint. The driveway leading up to it left much to be desired however as you need to backout of steep narrow entry onto the road. It is high up in the woods, so this may have been the problem that lead me to allergy and breathing issues. As I was unloading my car, my friend was trying to hook up the wifii, it never came up even after repeated communication and attempts. Breathing became difficult and the house was a bit musty so...

“I would love to rate this property higher. The house is BEAUTIFUL, clean and well kept. However, has significant issues. Our main search was Jacuzzi Tub. And there was no hot water to the upstairs Master shower or tub. We contacted the host first thing in the morning and he arrived with a plumber. We had a very tight schedule, and they were working in our bathroom, which was already an inconvenience. The solution was to do more work in our bathroom, which would mean turning off the water to the...

“VBRO attempted to contact the owner numerous times on multiple days with no response. Photos of the poor and uninhabitable condition of the home were provided to VBRO. Advised owner of the property to contact VBRO for further communication and action. This was whole situation was a service failure.”

“Our family enjoyed our stay here. The townhouse was extremely clean and decorated nicely! The host, John and Tracey, were extremely easy to communicate with. They had a golf cart there for us to use which was a nice extra.”

“My family had a great time staying here. The prop5had everything we needed for a fun break.”

“Everything was great with lots of convenient little touches that enhanced our experience.”

“We had a wonderful stay! Highly recommend”
