Feather and Pine - Darling Cabin In Serene Setting

Welcome to Feather and Pine, a charming cabin located in a peaceful rural setting. This home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests to come and enjoy all the wonderful things our area has to offer.

With natural wood touches and modern rustic charm, this home provides a warm place to call your home away from home. The fully equipped kitchen looks out into the open dining area where all can gather for a meal or get that favorite board game out for some good family fun! Just beyond the dining area, you`ll find access to the deck and hot tub where you can take in the evening stars and soak after a day filled with adventure. The living area invites you to kick up your feet and relax next to the wood stove. There is one guest bedroom on the main level with both a queen and twin and there is also a separate full bathroom.  If you venture upstairs there is another guest bunk bedroom with a twin over twin bed and then a third bedroom with a queen bed. There is another separate 3/4 bathroom for the upper-level guests.

Whether you are here to unwind, explore, or attend a local wedding, this is a fantastic home to comfortably stay in while spending quality time with great friends and loved ones.

For those coming with more than 6 guests, we have another home that sits kitty-corner to this and that cabin sleeps up to 6 guests. Please let us know if you would like more information about "Woodland Chalet".

This home is located 15.6 miles from downtown Leavenworth.

We had a lovely time at this property enjoying the incredible winter snow. We loved all the offerings- the hot tub, indoor and outdoor fireplace, trails around the neighborhood, river access, etc. it was such a special time with our family

The house is located in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. It’s a small three bedroom but was adequate for us. We had a few issues with the property though:-the entry sidewalk was not shoveled and was a sheet of ice. Kind of annoying to have to take care of that upon arrival. -bedding was not cleaned and was stained. - no clear communication as to what cleaning was expected (only that I would be charged if the house was “unreasonably “ dirty). Given that we had to unload the dishwasher, I find it annoying that they want to impose some unknown standard. - light bulb burned out on stairs, inoperable remote and no firewood. Small stuff but easy to fix and would make a big difference.

This cabin has everything needed to entertain all ages! The internet was high speed which made working remotely a breeze during our stay as well as allowing us to stream our favorite shows with ease. The vibe of this cabin is COZY. Only things that could be better are the beds/bedding
 Not the most comfortable. And possibly the layout of rooms. Those steep stairs are hard on the knees, especially carrying a newborn up and down them constantly. The upstairs bathroom has a large two person double headed shower which could be updated with new shower heads for better water settings with the already weak water pressure. Besides those minor issues which can be overlooked with all of the other amazing amenities, this cabin is a must stay!
