"We had an absolutely amazing experience at IQ Hotel Florence – truly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk from the historic center and all the main attractions of Florence. It was incredibly convenient to explore the city on foot. The service was outstanding – the staff were polite, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The breakfast was the best and most complete we’ve ever had in a hotel, with a wide variety of high-quality options that catered to all tastes. The hotel itself is modern, exceptionally clean, and well-maintained. Our room was very spacious, with a complimentary minibar that was restocked daily, plus coffee and tea facilities. The overall comfort and amenities were top-notch. In short, this was a truly sweet and unforgettable stay. I highly recommend IQ Hotel to anyone visiting Florence – it made our trip even more special."

"Kompakt men ändå komplett, bra och modernt hotell mitt i centrum bara 5-10 minuter från de de mest centrala delarna. Mycket hjälpsam personal, fräscha rum och sängar, trots sin lilla frukostmatsal fanns det överraskande mycket att välja på och vi var mycket nöjda med närheten till allt. Ligger även nära tågstation dit tåg går från flygplatsen - vi insåg att vi borde lämnat hyrbilen på flygplatsen och tagit taxi eller tåg istället för att betala dyr valet parking."

"A lot of really weird rules such as “no alcohol allowed in the rooms, not even in private rooms” and if they find alcohol (or other drugs) you will be kicked out without a refund. No food is allowed in the rooms either. Even though they had a refrigerator in the rooms. You can’t eat or drink in pool area. They only cleaned our room so once during our four nights stay. There were alit of pigeons where you eat your breakfast that come very close all the time. Loud music/karaoke until 23-23.30. Not very friendly staff. However the breakfast was okay (needs to be bought separately). Room was clean but very warm."
