"We booked a hotel, but seems like the hotel was transforming into a hostel. Room was ok, but service was already at hostel level. Stayed three nights and didn’t get any cleaning, no new towels and they didn’t make our beds. So I booked a hotel, paid hotel price but got hostel experience. Not satisfied. ..."
