âEverything was ideal! Best hotel in Springfield TN. Stephanie was so understanding when I needed something that I had forgotten to bring with me.( shaving cream).đđđâ
âI asked for a room on the first floor for my mobility issues. The front desk person gave us a room near the back door on the first floor for ease of getting in and out. Very considerate! Everything was very neat and clean and comfortable. Plastic utensils to eat with. Not eco-friendly and difficult to eat with. â
âThe front desk attendant (Steve) was incredible. We arrived at 12am and he welcomed us with a very friendly attitude. Saw him again upon check out and he was the same way. Nicest hotel employee weâve met!â

âThe Hummingbird Hotel is newly opened and spotless! Everything is fresh and clean and up-to-date. The room we had was spacious and bed was very comfortable. The staff is very friendly and gracious! It is conveniently close to an area we are frequently in, so we will be back!â
âI didnât like the fact there was a pool advertised yet it wasnât open. There was a hot breakfast advertised on their sign in front of the establishment showing bacon and eggs but the only thing hot was toast and waffles.â

"Overall a nice place with Grand Ole Opry nearby. Great service and good price. On the negative side. A bit noisy outside since there was a bar there. And the breakfast was not so good. Limited options. "
