Our government at the moment has been taking the cleanliness of the beach and other places as a prime concern very seriously as so many visitors throwing out the rubbish anywhere, not to in the rubbish bin provided. Regarding as what you said that no fresh juice upon breakfast because of too many people, we have been serving two kinds of juices everyday such as guava, orange, pineapple, and apple juice upon breakfast. We are going to share your valuable feedback to department concern, probably this is because of speed of refilling the juices due to many people having breakfast. Regarding to the food, do you mean that the foods you had had were not good? Do you mind to let us know what do you mean by not good? Yes, we have rooms with pool view and garden view and they will be based on our availability. It seemed that you really enjoyed your stay here because of our good services. Regarding the pictures, we put pictures of ours based on what is real of our property like. Our property has been 5 years and all still looks new inside and outside, furnished with wooden wall and floor made from parquet which looks very elegant and beautiful. We are sad to hear that you had had a problem with broken water tap, bathtub not working and some ants found in the room. However, with our attentive staff, we are sure if you informed us on the day you had problem, all will be in quick follow up then. We put our high attention and care for every single problem and follow up very seriously. Therefore, please let us to apologize for the inconvenience cause by those issues. Hopefully we still have chance to serve you one day in our resort probably in the near future.
