“This was a cute and comfy place to stay. It is very clean, in a convenient area of town and works well if you are not in need of a place where you can make your own meals. The kitchenette is very basic, with just a microwave, coffee maker, and mini fridge but everything was set up nicely. It was quiet and enjoyable!”

“My stay was alright. Quiet. Acoomodations were rather old,but with modern upgrades. I was a bit surprised that there was no body lotion provided. And, there needs to be a standlamp for reading behind the chair closest to the door. Otherwise, convenient location. Comfortable. Easy parking. Quiet neighborhood.”

“Was a perfect setting for a peaceful and relaxing stay!! If you have a vehicle, it was also a perfect driving distance to historic downtown Franklin, Leiper's Fork, Nashville and exploring the beautiful country side. The bunkhouse was comfortable, the shower had amazing water temperature and pressure and the history of the music studio was very interesting and exciting to know the musicians that have recorded there. It will be my first choice for our next visit!”

“The place was perfect for us. Clean and very cute. Almost like a beach cottage. It was a great location and suited our needs perfectly. I think the only thing missing was some firewood for the fire pit and when they cut the grass, they didn't pick up the clippings so we tracked those in the house, but the house itself was just great. I would definitely stay here again!”
