“We had no issues whatsoever. The instructions from the host were crystal clear to the extent that we never needed to contact them at all. The description of the place on VRBO from the host is spot on. The place was super clean and very conveniently located, close to everything, outlet shopping, the Falls, grocery shopping, other state parks, etc. the street is really quiet, we absolutely loved the quiet nights. I really do not know how it could get better!”

“The house was clean and generally as described, and we appreciated the overall stay. However, there are a few areas that could be improved:
1. Linens and towels: There were not enough bed sheets and towels for the number of guests. It seemed that the guests sleeping on the couch may have been overlooked when preparing the linens.
2. Kitchen supplies: The kitchenware was quite old, and some of the pots and pans were noticeably scratched. Replacing them with a newer set, along with providing...

“The place is cute and well located. Lots of ACs to beat the heat. I thought the mattress was great, but the pillows are still flat and the furniture is a chore to sit on. There is nowhere to put anything in the bathroom, it would be so easy to put shelves by the mirror or even a shelf over the toilet. This makes getting ready or doing anything in the bathroom much harder than it should be. Things that have all been mentioned before. The coded doors are easy to use and street parking is not a...

“This is the perfect place to stay in Niagara Falls. I've been visiting extended family in NF my entire life, so I'm pretty familiar with the city. This is a nice, very clean house in a good neighborhood. Close parking on the street was never a problem. Communication with James was clear and timely. I will definitely book here again when I return.”

“It was nice. Little further from falls than I originally thought. House was beautiful....it had the essentials. Directions for how to care for house were detailed and well documented. On site and in person. Thank you!”
