“The pool was cold due to being in the shade most of the day but that is the one and only thing slightly negative. The rooms and ground were very clean and the staff extremely friendly and helpful.”

“When we arrived our Expedia reservation had not transferred over to the hotel. The staff kept saying it was a computer issue on their end. They had us wait for 15 min before they told us they had no clue how long it would take. We had somewhere to be and needed to shower and get ready. They were rude and less than helpful. Never again.”

“I came to stay with my 5 year old for a mommy and me weekend. 5 minutes after getting into our room the smoke alarm went off for no reason. Of course my son was terrified. He would not re-enter the room for any reason. The hotel apologized and said the smoke alarm was faulty and they moved us to a different room. My son, who had never stayed in a hotel before, was still terrified. He didn't want to stay any longer. We were supposed to stay 2 nights. I couldn't make him stay more than just the...
