âStaff were very friendly. Property was secure and clean. Early morning freight trains were an eye opener! No bathroom vent fans or tub mat-extremely slippery. You have to pay to park on the property. Overall it was very nice.â

But it is an older hotel with thick carpets in the rooms (I hate carpets). The room itself was spacious and accommodating.
The elevator was old and made suspicious sounds and I was afraid it was going to stop.
Overall ok, but a bit too pricey for what you get.â

âThe beds were comfortable. I had a suite with full cooking possibilities. TVâs in sitting area and bedroom. Nice safe area and clean. They served breakfast each morning.â
âThis was not a great ESA and I wouldn't recommend it. There are others in the area Like at Wolfchase, that are better. The staff here were unhelpful and didn't care about the customers. They were "fake smiling" when they told people there were no dishes or cookware and wouldn't be any in the future. The desk clerk told me to "go buy some"! I explained to her that I stayed at ESAs because of the kitchens and cooking wares. She actually seemed glad to tell me there's no services like that at Apple...
