âThis is an excellent property, close to Sacred Heart hospital that provide a very comfortable stay. Found a lively little night spot next door and all the Spokane South Hill amenities close by. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Spokane!â
âThis was a good new hotel in Spokane. It's a little outside the city center which is good as it's safer and more quiet. Check in was easy and friendly. Just wish they could have been a little more welcoming.
The parking garage was very good and only accessible by car with your room card key. Otherwise you could enter the parking garage by foot. It was also cctv in the parking garage. Room was new, big and clean. Nice view towards the city. Breakfast was good. â

Room on South side of hotel was very noisy with traffic noises well past midnight. Probably be looking for a different hotel for my next Spokane stay. Great variety of foods for breakfast! â

Nice bathroom, big bed. Little wobbly but good. Check in was OK. She wasnât overly informative. But told us to go ask someone else who might know more about parking for the RV we have. That worked. â

âI booked a K w/sleeper sofa in case my nephew wanted to spend the night (he did). Check-in was easy, and I appreciated MaryAlice's help in getting the Bonvoy app to get points for my stay. She also offered an assortment of flyers w/coupons & menus when she heard us say we were going to find someplace for dinner, and got a "bed in a bag" set for the sofabed. She also let us know that there would be fresh-baked cookies later at the desk. Our room only had 1 cup and 1 k-cup, but MaryAlice gave us...
