“The property is in a lovely village with good amenities. Host communication was excellent before check in and during our stay. The accomodation was immaculate; beautifully decorated with everything you need for a home from home. Lots of lovely thoughtful touches left for our arrival (fruit basket, milk, juice etc). We'd definitely stay here again.”

“Fabulous place with everything you need and more. Very roomy and comfortable. Hosts were lovely and my daughter loved the welcome pack. Will definitely be staying again when we are back in Lincolnshire.”

“Very clean and well presented little house and quiet backroad. The area overall looks a bit rough. The arial connection for the TV is very unreliable and unable to connect to the broadband. A tea towel would have been a good little extra and some kitchen roll. Otherwise, it was well equipped. ”

“We stayed for one night as we had tickets to see Texas at Lincoln Castle and wished we had booked for longer. It's perfect for 2 people or 2 couples, the decor is lovely, it's spotlessly clean and well placed for local pubs etc, with a taxi to the castle just 8. The beds were very comfy and our host left lots of bread etc as the co-op next door is closed at the moment. A really relaxing place to stay just four miles from the city.”

“Very well located with plentiful car parking spaces opposite. Loads of pubs and eating places very near by. Very close to the main Lincoln attractions. The house was in good order, well equipped, clean and with a useful outside sitting area. Highly recommended. The only small issue was a check in and out time confusion as those provided by the host were different to what VRBO says and despite agreeing times direct with the host the cleaners still arrived before the agreed time. The whole group of us really enjoyed it and loved finishing our nights off with a dip in the big hot tub. The weekend was so luxurious we didn’t feel the need to go anywhere. Everyone said they would definitely go back, whether it be another party weekend or chilled one with the family, would suit all needs. So well equipped and so clean. Loved it!”
