The surrounding homes are dilapidated, with yards full of trash, broken furniture, and miscellaneous items that make it look like a junk yard. We asked the host about the area and were told it is an older community, but a very safe and good area. The host was still cleaning the unit, so we drove up the street and came across a police officer parked...
