Om personalen varit vÀnligare och mer hjÀlpsam skulle jag ge toppbetyg, men det allmÀnna bemötandet drar ner betyget avsevÀrt. Oredan vid frukosten (kaffemaskiner som behövde rengöras vilket personalen ignorerade) samt avsaknaden av nÄgot sÄ elementÀrt som ost bör ocksÄ nÀmnas. Att sedan bli intrÀngd i ett hörn i hissen nÀr personal pressade sig pÄ med en brickvagn, och ytterligare en anstÀlld klÀmde sig in pÄ nÀsta vÄning Àr inte gott bemötande av hotellgÀster.
