Let me correct the listing for you …
Pros: Location - Marlyebone is a quiet neighborhood near good food and public transportationClean - the property is older but clean. The hall bathroom could use some work bc water damage is evident from a poorly designed bath/shower combo. Cons: Misleading info in the listing (see screen shots). States there are 4 bedrooms (3 beds and one sleeper sofa in an office space) and a sleeper sofa in the living room. There are only 3 bedrooms and the sleeper sofa is in the living room can accommodate 1 person or maybe 2 small children. They provided an extra bed which was a mattress on the floor. We rented for 4 bedrooms so this was a big problem. They knew we had 8 people to start and 1 more coming halfway through. I specifically asked about beds and adding another person. No AC- there is no central air. The AC in the listing is actually portable units that put off more heat than cool air. Again, misleading in the listing but it doesn’t specifically say central AC.Check-in process - told I would be given the code at 3:00 pm. No one would respond and I was convinced we had been scammed.Kingsley was there when we arrived so that made it a little better. But there is no code. Only 2 keys (so why tell me there is a code?).A late check out delayed our check in.We didn’t let these things ruin our trip. We adjusted and figured things out. It’s in a great location! But it’s hotels in England for me from now on.
