Pensionat i London Victoria Station

“We had a great stay at this hotel in London. The room was fresh, spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and made it feel like a small family-run hotel. Breakfast was well-cooked with a good enough selection, served in a cosy breakfast café. It’s also within walking distance of Victoria Station, and overall very good value for money.”

“I have giving (0) to your services, you acted like a scammers, and I believe you are, i paid for the room in full and didn't get the services paid for, i was asked to pay a holding fees only after I paid for the room. The worst thing was the two different fees I was asked to pay, I was sent two different links for the same room (payment method) two links to pay £200.00, then I was sent a further two links to pay £100.00. therefore, I reported you, hopefully it can get my money back. No need...

“Fräscht badrum, men rummet och byggnaden i övrigt var det värsta jag varit med om. Vi fick sova i en skokartong där sängen var 90% av ytan. Men det värsta var egentligen inte rummet i sig, utan allt runtomkring. Vårt millimetertunna fönster vette mot baksidan av ett restaurangkök, där det diskades och ropades och skramlade när vi skulle sova. Rummet var så dåligt ljudisolerat att vi lika gärna skulle kunna sova i samma säng som restaurangpersonalen och de andra hotellgästerna.”

“Såg väldigt annorlunda ut än på bilderna. Väldigt slitet och kändes inte speciellt rent. Matos från en resturangbakgård utanför. Chockad över att ett sånt här boende finns på Hotels.”

“Very basic hostel level but the location is excellent, literally two steps from Piccadilly line underground from Heathrow. Lots of restaurants close by and good 24hr Tesco opposite. Clean but old premises, comfortable beds. Family room in the basement is great for 4-5 people and has full kitchen (old style).”

“For the money that you pay it's all right. The area is boring and run down but it's ok transportation in to London. I'd stay there again if the area was nicer.”

“Appalling experience - turned up after a full day to be told there was no access to the property and could I go to Aldgate instead. The booking was made specifically due to proximity to an event the next day. Had to get another room nearby at short notice for a lot more money. Would not trust booking with them again and would advise people to choose another option.”
