“Hotel itself was nice and clean. But the location is a bit odd. The free shuttle service in the evening is a joke. No one answers the front desk. Finally when someone answered, he immediately put us on hold and kept us waiting for the next 15 mins. I had to hang up finally. After many retries someone finally answered and said he was sending the shuttle and it will be there in the station in 5 mins. No shuttle came even after waiting for 30 mins. “An ok room for one night. Older place but clean. The breakfast had a lot bud very busy when we were there. In stead of helping yourself one person where serving you everything from Yoghurt to eggs and pancakes and it took a decade. The are was 20 min walk to nearest subway. Long with kids. Hard beds but ok clean. ”

“I have to give this hotel 2 out of 5 stars because of the poor cleaning standards. In our first room, we found two old diapers in the trash bin on the TV stand, as well as hair on the bathroom floor and crumbs on the desk. We asked to switch rooms, but in the second room we also found hair on the floor and crumbs that hadn’t been cleaned, so the issue continued even after moving. The staff were friendly and helpful and the location was good, so this is not about the housekeepers themselves. It...

“It is a modern hotel in a very good condition. The room was bright and modern. The cleaning staff is doing a great job every day. The service staff by the front desk is friendly and helpful. At breakfast, glasses, plates and cutlery are replaced by disposables. You can go by metro to Rockefeller Center or Bryant Park in about 20 minutes. The area around the hotel is a bit rough and worn. ”

“Det var överlag bra. Nära till tunnelbanan & det var tyst, man hörde inte mycket från stadens ljud. Området var lugnt, väldigt mångkulturellt & det fanns lite snabbmats restauranger & nån liten affär i närheten. Rummet var bra, men vi saknade Krokar att hänga jackan på i hallen, lite hård säng. Annars väldigt nöjd. Personalen var trevlig, snabb & smidig in & utcheckning. De hjälpte oss att förvara väskorna i lobbyn efter utcheckning. ”
