"Good value for the bucks, especially if you want to do Brooklyn - which is nice and less hysterical than Manhattan. Just around the hotel the area seems a little sketchy - but we walked to the hotel even at dark with no problem. And across the big road it’s nice neighborhoods and streets. You can walk along Smith street or along the water promenade. Good breakfast. "

"Horrible customer service at the front desk when checking in and out, the workers had a very nasty and irritated attitude. I recommend tourist to research the area the hotel is in, since queensbridge is not the safest area."

"Fantastisk personal med fantastisk service! Stora rum och badrum. Sängarna hade två sorters kuddar (mjuk och fast) så man kunde välja vad som passade en bäst. Bra möjligheter till att tvätta själva. Helt okej poolområde. Bra parkering. Nära till restauranger och Old Town (gång avstånd). På baksidan fanns en inhängnande damm med fyra alligatorer vilket vi tyckte var kul att titta på. Det enda negativa var att man hörde högljudda grannar, men det var inget ständigt problem. Hotellet är helt rökfritt men det luktade ofta marijuana, ibland kom det även in på rummet."

"Easy to book, very friendly personal. Everything was clean and neat. 6 min walk to nice restaurant with breakfast and lunch. Buses close that take you to train and Manhattan. I will recommend it! "
