Inside you’ll enjoy preparing meals in the modern kitchen and relax in the living room that overlooks your private slice of nature. The same views continue into the bedroom and custom bath – which is especially designed with a luxurious soaking tub facing the woods, along with a glass framed shower. We invite you to step out and explore the area with a short walk to the creek, an inviting space to simply immerse yourself in nature’s world - equipped with bench seating and fire pit area.

Bedroom: A king bed, with side lighting for reading, flat screen TV with surround sound, along with custom handcrafted furnishings, is sure to provide relaxing and restful nights. There is a screened glass sliding door that opens to the deck and private hot tub.

Front Porch, Deck and Outdoor Relaxation: Enjoy the loveseat or two swinging chairs on the front porch; there is lounging space on the back deck; take a walk to the creek and enjoy the serenity of this space on the comfortable sitting bench; take a nap in the hammocks in the side yard and snuggle up on cool nights with the fire pit in the back yard.

- Fully equipped kitchen with everything needed to prepare a full meal; includes a 2-burner electric cooktop, countertop Air fryer that "does it all" serving as an air fryer, convection oven, broiler and microwave, Keurig & coffee pot (pods, ground coffee & creamer provided), toaster oven, and dishwasher; dining area seating for two

HOUSE RULES:
- Primary Renter must be 25 or older
- No pets are allowed

- Quiet hours are 9:00 PM until 8:00 AM
- For security, this is a camera facing the entrance to the property (it does not face the living spaces)
- Do not exceed the maximum occupancy for the house (2 people) at any time
