I was in town for a family reunion. I wanted a place to accommodate me, my sister, her son, and my daughter, both adults. The location was great, as it is very near Balboa Park, the venue for the reunion. We arrived to a clean, easy to access home, with plenty of room and a beautiful back patio. The house worked out great. We even had some family back to the house after the reunion. Patrick was availableand responded immediately as we communicated

We had a great stay! The location was very convenient and made it easy to get around and explore. The layout of the house worked really well for our group, and the yard was beautiful—such a nice bonus. The home could use a few updates, but it didn’t take away from our experience since we were out and about most of the time. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and appreciated everything the home had to offer.

The host is incredibly communicative and helpful. The property has a great vibe and it’s in an awesome location, plus they allow dogs which is not always easy to find. There are a few updates that would make the house more homey (nicer towels, more kitchen supplies) but overall, this was a great rental.

Hello, This house was a great stay/location for our family trip to Universal studios. The house was very nice, yard kept up, relaxing backyard, area with fountain. The neighborhood was nice and quiet to just take a walk and enjoy the California weather. The host was awesome with communicating with us, even going above and beyond to assist us. If you are looking for an awesome stay for you and your family this place is it, you won't be disappointed.

Great place to stay! A beautiful home with a lovely private backyard/ patio area. Host was very responsive and answered all my questions before and during my stay. I was able to host a lowkey gathering (with permission from the host) and used the grill for the occasion. Very easy to use! The home was equipped very simple standard items such as cooking and eating utensils, and towels and soap in the bathrooms. Happy with the big clean beds!! Plenty of room for everyone to be comfy.
